Google’s New Milestone, Pakistan Also Included In The List Of Innovative Features

The True Post(Web News) The world’s largest search engine, Google, has officially announced the inclusion of Urdu language in its AI-powered search mode.

Now users in Pakistan can also use Google Search’s new artificial intelligence feature in their native language. This feature, which was initially introduced in a few countries as a “preview” in March 2025, has now been launched in 40 more new regions, while support for 35 languages has also been added.
A big step for Urdu users
According to a blog post issued by Google, the company announced that “now users in more than 200 countries and regions around the world, including Pakistan, will be able to use AI mode in their own language.” This development is not only good news for Urdu-speaking users but also marks the beginning of a new era of digital information in Pakistan.
The power of Google’s “Gemini” models
According to Google, this new AI mode has been integrated with advanced Gemini models, which perform the search process in a more intelligent, faster and human-like manner than ever before. Now users can ask questions in natural sentences, not just words, for example, “How does climate change affect agriculture in Pakistan?” or “How is the philosophy of love described in Urdu poetry?”
According to Google, in AI mode, users ask about three times longer questions than in traditional search, which shows that people are looking for deeper and more detailed answers.

Follow-up questions and visual comprehension
The new AI mode doesn’t limit users to just one answer — you can refine your question with follow-up questions, just like in a conversation. What’s more, Google recently added the ability to understand visual prompts — meaning you can now ask questions directly about images, graphics, or videos, and Google will analyze them and provide detailed answers.
Global phase of expansion
The AI search feature was first introduced in the US in May 2025. Later, in September, Google significantly expanded its list of languages and countries to include several Asian, African, and European regions, including Pakistan.
Google’s vision for the future
Google says that the company’s goal is to provide every user in the world with a personalized, trusted, and intelligent search experience, so that people can get information in a conversational way, not just results. According to the company, > “AI mode is making the search engine a helpful and human conversational experience, where every question is answered in a conversational way.”
