Pakistan does not carry out Unannounced Strikes, Never Attacked Civilians: Pak Army Spokesperson

Islamabad: Pakistan Army Spokesperson Lt. Gen. Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry has said that Pakistan does not carry out unannounced strikes against its enemy. DG ISPR Lt. Gen. Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said in a briefing that in our view, there are no good and bad Taliban, there is no distinction between terrorists.

He said that Pakistan has never attacked civilians. We are a state, we respond as a state. Blood and trade cannot go together. It is not possible that we are attacked and we also trade. We are not against the Afghan people but against terrorism.

He said that the Taliban government should decide like a state, the Taliban government should not decide like non-state actors. DG ISPR demanded that non-custom paid vehicles were used in many incidents of terrorism, so an immediate ban should be imposed on non-custom paid vehicles.

Pakistan Army Spokesperson said that Faiz Hameed’s trial is a legal matter and there should be no speculation on it. When this matter reaches a final conclusion, an announcement will be made immediately.
