Peshawar: Due to the new wave of terrorism, IG KP Police has ordered to increase security of sensitive places in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. IG Police Zulfiqar Hameed issued special instructions to RPOs and DPOs and ordered to re-examine security due to the new wave of terrorism. He also ordered to re-audit the judicial complexes and the High Court, while also instructing to increase security of educational institutions and police training centers.
The IG Police said that orders have been given to set up check posts at the entry and exit points. It should be noted that 12 people were martyred and 30 were injured in a suicide blast outside the Islamabad court yesterday. The head of the suicide bomber was found lying on the road.
